Everything You Need In One System

In today’s volatile and sometimes disruptive economic environment, the healthcare industry faces new challenges daily. Healthcare CFO’s and their finance organizations must lead organizational decision-making processes with accurate insight, speed, and confidence that aligns with the strategic and operational needs of the hospital, health system, or physician clinics. Yet many finance organizations are still bogged down by inconsistent and disparate systems and processes, making it difficult to shift time to value-added analysis and decision support.

  • Empower decision-makers with financial and operational actionable info via analytics Support decisions with true, real-time data
  • Provide reporting on Physician productivity and profitability, including tracking downstream revenue
  • Improve patient satisfaction by translating data into action
  • Create and maintain customized dashboarding for the organization
  • Eliminate questions and inaccurate data by providing consistent reporting across all hospitals and physician clinics
  • All in a unified platform designed to continually evolve and scale with your health system
  • Eliminate the risks and costs of managing and upgrading fragmented CPM applications and disparate systems

As the healthcare industry faces new challenges daily, organizations need their planning and budgeting process to align with strategic and operational details. Healthcare needs an FP&A system that provides for rapid changes and projections. FP&A teams are no longer settling for separate, non-integrated CPM tools and manual processes that once held them back. They are now investing in a CPM platform that allows adjustment from changes, is flexible without adding operational overhead, provides accurate and easy to understand reporting and analytics while also offering scenario planning. Strategic, financial and operational needs require the analytics see holistically across the organization in real time and the ability to drill down into detailed operational data to understand why.

Finance’s adoption of advanced analytics, for your Health System, is a matter of when, not if. Finance teams not only require tools that help collect and organize large volumes of operational and financial data, they need to actually leverage this data to create insights for decision-making. The pace of change in healthcare has created new pressures for CFOs and Finance leaders to break the month-end reporting cycle. Why? So their business partners have the ability to take mid-stream actions on daily or weekly financial & operational insights that impact financial performance — before month-end!

The Financial Intelligence to Make Mid-Stream Decisions that Can Impact Month-End Results.

Rather than spending time moving and reconciling data and building reports Finance can now leverage this data to drive key decisions such as forecasting cash, or staff needs, or evaluating capital investment decisions.

Incorporating advanced analytics into key finance processes drives collaboration and effective decision making. Leveraging advanced analytics will conquer the complexity of gathering and organizing financial and operational data giving Finance the time to create and manage predictive forecast models.

The Power of Advanced Analytics

  • Advanced analytics offers Finance teams a new way to ask “why” and drive performance.
  • Combining analytics and transactional data gives finance teams the unique ability to see and respond to weekly and even daily critical performance data to drive performance before month-end close.
  • OneStream’s platform enables customers to blend financial information with detailed operational data in the same analytic model.
  • Leveraging OneStream’s core financial intelligence, ensures that even the most granular operational data across lines of business are always in sync.
